Terms for using redirects.pro.
Last updated: May 24, 2026. These terms cover the public checker, accounts, paid Agency workflows, API access, sitemap audits, CSV jobs, reports, exports, and billing.
1. Agreement
By using redirects.pro, creating an account, using the API, submitting URLs, uploading CSV files, submitting sitemap URLs, creating shareable reports, or buying a paid plan, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Billing Policy. If you use redirects.pro for a company or client, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. The service
redirects.pro is a technical redirect QA tool. It can inspect redirect chains, status codes, final destination URLs, loop risk, long chains, sitemap-origin URL lists, CSV-origin URL lists, API checks, and exportable reports. It is not a search ranking tool, legal compliance scanner, crawler substitute, security scanner, or uptime monitoring service unless a specific future feature says so.
3. Product limits and no SEO guarantee
Redirect results depend on external servers, DNS, network conditions, bot protections, SSL behavior, HTTP method behavior, rate limits, and hosting availability. We do not guarantee that every third-party server will respond, that results will match every crawler or browser, or that using redirects.pro will improve rankings, conversions, revenue, indexing, crawl budget, or client outcomes.
4. Free manual checker
Manual single-URL checks are free for normal human use. We may apply cooldowns, verification, blocking, or rate limits when usage appears automated, abusive, harmful, excessive, or outside normal human workflow patterns. Free access does not include a guaranteed service level.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, password security, API-token security, and all activity under your account. Notify us if you believe your account or token is compromised. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, create risk, cause service disruption, or create payment, legal, security, or abuse concerns.
6. Paid Agency workflows
Agency features currently include API token access, API documentation, playground, OpenAPI reference, token regeneration, API usage windows, sitemap audits, CSV uploads, background jobs, status pages, CSV exports, job history, and Stripe Customer Portal access where Stripe has linked the account. Plan names, prices, and limits may change, but the current pricing page and docs should describe the plan being sold.
7. API terms
- Keep API tokens secret and use headers instead of query-string tokens where possible.
- API limits count URL check units, not just HTTP requests.
- Do not bypass limits, rotate accounts to avoid limits, resell access without permission, or use the API to attack or overload third-party systems.
- We may throttle, reject, suspend, or revoke tokens for abuse, reliability, payment, security, or legal reasons.
- API schemas, response shapes, and limits may evolve during MVP development.
8. Sitemap and CSV workflows
- Submit only sitemap URLs, CSV files, and target URLs that you are authorized to test.
- Do not submit private networks, internal services, credentials, secret URLs, or third-party targets where testing is not permitted.
- Sitemap audits support standard XML URL sets and first-level sitemap indexes within documented caps.
- CSV and sitemap jobs are background workflows and may be delayed, fail, partially fail, or be capped for reliability.
- Exports are provided for convenience and should be reviewed before being sent to clients or used for production decisions.
9. Shareable reports
Shareable report links are private-by-link, not password-protected. Anyone with the link may view the report. Do not create or share reports containing confidential URLs or results unless you are comfortable with link-based access.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use redirects.pro to:
- Scan, test, crawl, or stress systems without authorization.
- Submit malware, phishing URLs, illegal content, stolen data, secrets, or credentials.
- Attempt SSRF, local network access, private IP access, credential leakage, or infrastructure probing.
- Overload redirects.pro or third-party services with automated requests.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, benchmark for competitive misuse, or interfere with the service.
- Use results to mislead customers, clients, regulators, or the public.
- Violate laws, rights, contracts, platform rules, or third-party terms.
11. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Paid public checkout is currently closed while billing and tax setup is finalized. When checkout opens, paid plans are handled by Stripe and are subject to the Billing Policy. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Active paid access depends on the subscription state returned by Stripe and synchronized into your redirects.pro account, except for manually reserved internal/test access. See Billing Policy for cancellation and refund details.
12. Third-party services
The service depends on third-party providers such as hosting, DNS, email, Stripe, and external websites being checked. We are not responsible for third-party outages, terms, policies, rate limits, blocks, or data practices.
13. Intellectual property
redirects.pro, its interface, code, branding, text, and product structure are owned by us or our licensors. You retain your rights in URLs, CSV files, reports, client data, and other content you submit, subject to the rights we need to operate the service.
14. Feedback
If you send ideas, bug reports, product suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment to improve redirects.pro.
15. Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, remove, or change features, limits, prices, and pages as the MVP evolves. We try to avoid breaking paid workflows without notice, but prelaunch software can change quickly.
16. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and guaranteed results.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, SEO losses, ranking changes, client disputes, or business interruption. For paid business users, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for redirects.pro in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Indemnity
If you use the service for a business, agency, client, or organization, you agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service, unauthorized URL testing, submitted content, violation of these terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
19. Governing law and disputes
Mandatory consumer rights and local legal requirements are not limited by these terms. For business use, disputes will be handled under the laws and courts applicable to the redirects.pro operator identified in invoices, receipts, or written operator details provided on request.
